RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1.1 Purpose and Scope This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from Ya Rena Health (Pty) Ltd and is governed by the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (“CPA”) and all applicable South African legislation.

1.2 General Policy Due to the sensitive and sterile nature of our products, and in line with public health and safety standards, Ya Rena Health maintains a strict no-return policy for all consumable medical supplies and equipment, unless a product is proven to be defective or incorrectly supplied.

1.3 Conditions for Return Returns will only be accepted under the following limited circumstances:

  • The product is defective due to manufacturing fault.
  • The incorrect item was delivered.
  • The item was damaged in transit (evidence required).

1.4 Requirements for a Return to be Considered

  • Written notice must be submitted to Ya Rena Health within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Notice must include supporting images and full order reference.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

1.5 Refunds

  • If the return is approved, refunds will be issued via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) within 10 to 14 business days.
  • Refunds will not include shipping fees unless the error was on Ya Rena Health’s part.
  • A 20% handling/restocking fee may apply for any discretionary return accepted outside of the above grounds.
