- Only EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) payments are accepted.
- Orders are confirmed only upon receipt and clearance of full payment.
- Goods will not be released prior to payment clearance.

- Ya Rena Health is not liable for misuse, negligence, or failure to follow usage instructions.
5. Pricing and Quotations
- All prices are listed inclusive of VAT.
- Quotes are valid for 48 hours and are subject to currency and supply fluctuations.
- We reserve the right to update pricing and product availability without notice.
6. Delivery Terms
- Delivery fees apply to all orders unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days, location dependent.
- Delays caused by third-party couriers do not entitle cancellation or refund.
7. Non-Returnable Products Unless defective, all sales are final and non-returnable due to the sterile and consumable nature of our products.
